Each vest costs $3000
Krijger Vest Campaign has helped provide this life-saving vest to more than 1,500 active working k9s.
This fund will help equip our working dogs with a Ballistic Vest, one that would have saved K9 Krijger's life.
Currently, K9s are being deployed to provide critical, non-lethal support in high-risk, unpredictable situations. Yet, even without ballistic protection, they courageously track compromised buildings, navigate harsh environments, and apprehend armed suspects to keep their communities safe. They deserve the same protection as their human partners. With each day they train and work without a vest, the risk to their safety grows.
They need us more than ever to ensure they return home safely to their families after every shift.
